12. Monaco had also signed the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (Istanbul Convention) and the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime. The process of ratifying the latter convention was currently under way.

44. With the proposed provisions, the reorganisation of the elements of a criminal offense has been executed, which will help in interpreting the elements of the essence of a criminal offense and retain all of the elements prescribed by the international standards, the Palermo Protocol and the CoE Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings.
44- وفي إطار هذه الأحكام المقترحة، أُعيد تنظيم عناصر الجريمة الجنائية، الأمر الذي سيساعد في تفسير العناصر الجوهرية للجريمة الجنائية وعلى الاحتفاظ بجميع العناصر المنصوص عليها في المعايير الدولية وبروتوكول باليرمو واتفاقية مجلس أوروبا بشأن مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر.

2. JS1 further recommended the ratification of the Council of Europe (CoE) Convention on the Protection of Children Against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse, the CoE Convention on Trafficking in Human Beings, and the CoE Convention on Cybercrime, as well as cooperation with the CoE towards the implantation of human rights instruments both in the Czech Republic and in other CoE Member States.
2- وأوصت الورقة المشتركة 1 كذلك بالتصديق على اتفاقية مجلس أوروبا بشأن حماية الأطفال من الاستغلال الجنسي والاعتداء الجنسي، واتفاقية مجلس أوروبا المتعلقة بمكافحة الاتجار بالبشر، واتفاقية مجلس أوروبا بشأن الجرائم الحاسوبية. كما أوصت بالتعاون مع مجلس أوروبا من أجل ترسيخ أحكام صكوك حقوق الإنسان في الجمهورية التشيكية وغيرها من الدول الأعضاء في مجلس أوروبا(3).

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) recommended that Armenia accede to the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, the European Convention on Nationality and the Convention on the Avoidance of Statelessness in relation to State Succession.
5- وأوصى المفوض السامي لشؤون اللاجئين بأن تنضم أرمينيا إلى اتفاقية مجلس أوروبا بشأن منع ومكافحة العنف ضد المرأة والعنف المنزلي(18)، والاتفاقية الأوروبية بشأن الجنسية، واتفاقية مجلس أوروبا بشأن تفادي وقوع حالات انعدام الجنسية في سياق خلافة الدول(19).

6. The Committee welcomes the ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol (December 2007); Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (April 2009); and Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (August 2010).
