200. The Committee notes the Isle of Man's reservation with respect to article 32 of the Convention and is concerned about the lack of information and adequate data on the situation with regard to child labour and economic exploitation in the island.

(24) While noting the efforts made by the State party, the Committee expresses its concern at the alarming practice of placing children with a third party as an act of mutual assistance or family or community solidarity (vidomégons), which has become a source of trafficking and economic exploitation of children within Benin.
(24) ومع ملاحظة الجهود المبذولة من الدولة الطرف، تعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء الممارسات المزعجة المتمثلة في وضع الأطفال تحت حضانة الغير في إطار المساعدة المتبادلة أو العائلية أو على سبيل التضامن في المجتمعات المحلية (vidomégons)، وهو ما أصبح يشكل مصدر اتجار بالأطفال واستغلالهم اقتصادياً داخل بنن.

The Committee notes with regret that a comprehensive plan of action to prevent and combat child labour has not yet been developed (CRC/C/COG/CO/1, para. 80) and that child labour and economic exploitation are widespread occurrences in the State party, especially in large cities.
وتلاحظ اللجنة بأسف أنه لم توضع حتى الآن خطة عمل شاملة لمنع عمل الأطفال ومكافحته (CRC/C/COG/CO/1، الفقرة 80)، وأن عمل الأطفال واستغلالهم اقتصادياً منتشران على نطاق واسع في الدولة الطرف، لا سيما في المدن الكبرى.

In 2004, while noting the efforts made by Benin, the HR Committee, as also highlighted by UNHCR, expressed its concern at the alarming practice of placing children with a third party as an act of mutual assistance or family or community solidarity (vidomégons), which has become a source of trafficking and economic exploitation of children within Benin.
14- وفي عام 2004، أحاطت اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان(52) علماً بالجهود التي تبذلها بنن، نوَّهت به أيضاً المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان(53)، إلاّ أنها أعربت عن قلقها إزاء الممارسة المثيرة للجزع المتمثلة في وضع الأطفال في عهدة طرف ثالث في إطار المساعدة المتبادلة أو التضامن العائلي أو المجتمعي (vidomégons)، وهي ممارسة أصبحت مصدراً للاتجار بالأطفال واستغلالهم اقتصادياً داخل بنن.
