Further, pending the establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the region of the Middle East, the Assembly invited those countries not to develop, produce, test or otherwise acquire nuclear weapons or permit the stationing on their territories, or territories under their control, of nuclear weapons or nuclear-explosive devices.
ودعت أيضا الجمعية العامة تلك البلدان إلى الامتناع، ريثما يتم إنشاء هذه المنطقة، عن استحداث أسلحة نووية أو إنتاجها أو تجربتها أو الحصول عليها على أي نحو آخر، وعن السماح بوضع أسلحة نووية أو أجهزة متفجرة نووية في أراضيها أو في أراضي واقعة تحت سيطرتها.

89. Mr. Al-Obaidi (Iraq) said that the world was well aware of the heinous crimes against humanity and manifold violations of human rights committed by the terrorist gangs comprising the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in parts of Iraq under their control since 10 June 2014.
89 - السيد العبيدي (العراق): قال إن العالم عارف تمام المعرفة بما ترتكبه العصابات الإرهابية التي تشكل ما يسمى الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام من جرائم وحشية ضد الإنسانية ومن انتهاكات مختلفة لحقوق الإنسان، وذلك في أجزاء من العراق واقعة تحت سيطرتها منذ 10 حزيران/يونيو 2014.

Until the day when a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the Middle East is a reality, we must work for the acceptance of the principles on which it is based; we must help generate the political will among the parties involved to take the steps designed to bring it about and to refrain from producing, acquiring or testing nuclear weapons and from placing such weapons on their territories or on lands under their control.
وأن تعلــن تأييدهــــا لإنشــــاء هــــذه المنطقـــة. كما دعا القرار دول المنطقـــة إلـــى الامتناع، ريثما يتم إنشاء هذه المنطقة، عـــــن استحداث أسلحـــة نوويـــة أو إنتاجهــــا أو تجريبها أو الحصـــول عليهـــا علـــى أي نحو آخر، وعن السماح بوضع أسلحة نووية على أراضيها أو على أراض واقعة تحت سيطرتها.
