1. With regard to the freezing of funds and other financial assets or economic resources of any of the individuals or entities on the Consolidated List:
1 - فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ تجميد الأموال والأصول المالية الأخرى أو الموارد الاقتصادية التي يحوزها الأفراد والكيانات الذين ترد أسماؤهم في القائمة الموحدة:

- the freezing of funds and other financial assets or economic resources of the persons and entities specified;
- تجميد الأموال والأصول المالية الأخرى والموارد الاقتصادية للأفراد والكيانات المحددة؛

Banks are authorized to take preventive action by blocking or freezing the funds and other financial assets of Cuban or foreign individuals or legal persons under suspicion.
والمصارف مخولة حق القيام بحجز الأموال والأصول المالية الأخرى التي تخص من يكون قيد الاشتباه من الأفراد أو الأشخاص الاعتباريين الكوبيين أو الأجانب حجزا وقائيا أو تجميدها.

ثالثا - هل من الممكن بناء على طلب بلد آخر تجميد الأموال والأصول المالية الأخرى التي تكون مملوكة في كوبا لأشخاص وكيانات من غير المقيمين، يدعمون الإرهاب خارج كوبا؟

ثانيا - إجراء تجميد الأموال والأصول المالية الأخرى يستغرق عمليا 24 ساعة، بدءا من ساعة وتاريخ الإخطار بالقرار الصادر عن أي محكمة مختصة في كوبا أو عن المدعي العام.

Please report on progress with the freezing of funds and other financial assets or economic resources of persons, who commit, or attempt to commit, terrorist acts, or who participate in or facilitate the commission of such acts and please provide an outline of any relevant legislation actual or proposed.

108. In some cases, States reported that, pending promulgation of the legislation under discussion, it had nonetheless been possible to adopt the necessary measures on the freezing of the funds and other financial assets or economic resources of the designated entities and persons.

1.7 Member States are required to have legal or other provisions that enable authorities to freeze without delay funds and other financial assets or economic resources of persons and/or entities, both resident and non-resident, that are linked to terrorism.
