In accordance with its strategy, Estonia aims to improve the situation of women and children living in poverty in developing countries through its bilateral development activities, mainly in priority partner countries, such as Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
ووفقا لهذه الاستراتيجية، تستهدف إستونيا تحسين وضع النساء والأطفال الذين يعيشون في حالة فقر في البلدان النامية بما تقوم به من أنشطة إنمائية ثنائية، ولا سيما في البلدان الشريكة ذات الأولوية مثل أذربيجان وأرمينيا وأفغانستان وأوكرانيا وبيلاروس وجورجيا وجمهورية مولدوفا.

The Committee has stressed that the best interests principle should be considered when States determine budget priorities, especially regarding the most vulnerable children, including girls, indigenous children and children living in poverty.
وقد أكدت اللجنة وجوب النظر في مبدأ المصالح الفضلى عند قيام الدول بتحديد أولويات الميزانية، خاصة فيما يتعلق بأضعف الأطفال، بمن فيهم الفتيات، وأطفال السكان الأصليين والأطفال الذين يعيشون في حالة فقر.

The State party should ensure that information collected, particularly through the CNSP system, contains data on a wide range of vulnerable groups including children belonging to minority or indigenous groups, children living in poverty and street children.

In 2008, CRC was concerned that de facto discrimination against certain groups of children persisted, particularly with regards to girls, children living in poverty, children affected by and/or infected with HIV/AIDS, orphans and children belonging to nomadic and pastoralist minorities.
10- وفي عام 2008، أعربت لجنة حقوق الطفل عن قلقها إزاء استمرار وجود تمييز فعلي ضد بعض فئات الأطفال، ولا سيما الفتيات والأطفال الذين يعيشون في حالة فقر والأطفال المتأثرون و/أو المصابون بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز والأطفال اليتامى وأطفال الأقليات البدوية والرعوية(37).

407. The Committee urges the State party to increase budget allocations for the promotion and implementation of the rights of children in accordance with article 4 of the Convention and pay particular attention to investment for the implementation and protection of the rights of children belonging to vulnerable groups, including indigenous and AfroEcuadorian children, children living in poverty and those in remote areas.
407- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على زيادة المخصصات المرصودة في الميزانية لتعزيز وإعمال حقوق الطفل وفقاً للمادة 4 من الاتفاقية، وأن تولي اهتماماً خاصاً للاستثمار في إعمال وحماية حقوق الأطفال المنتمين إلى جماعات ضعيفة، بمن فيهم أطفال السكان الأصليين والإكوادوريين المنحدرين من أصل أفريقي، والأطفال الذين يعيشون في حالة فقر أو في مناطق نائية.

22. The Committee recommends that the State party, in the light of articles 3 and 4 of the Convention, take all appropriate measures, to the maximum extent of available resources, to ensure that sufficient budgetary allocation is provided for services for children and that particular attention is paid to the protection of the rights of children from disadvantaged provinces and groups, including indigenous children and children living in poverty.
22- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعمد، في ضوء المادتين 3 و4 من الاتفاقية، إلى اتخاذ جميع التدابير المناسبة، لإتاحة أقصى ما يمكن من الموارد لضمان اعتماد مبالغ كافية في الميزانية للخدمات المقدمة للأطفال، وإيلاء اهتمام خاص لحماية حقوق الأطفال المنتمين إلى الفئات والمقاطعات المحرومة، بمن فيهم أطفال الشعوب والأطفال الذين يعيشون في حالة فقر.

It also requested Eritrea to pay attention to the protection of the rights of children belonging to vulnerable groups, including children belonging to minority groups, children with disabilities, children affected by and/or infected with HIV/AIDS and children living in poverty and in remote and rural areas. وطلبت لجنة حقوق الطفل أيضاً إلى إريتريا أن تولي عناية لحماية حقوق الأطفال المنتمين إلى الجماعات المستضعفة، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى الأقليات، والأطفال ذوو الإعاقة، والأطفال المتأثرون و/أو المصابون بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز، والأطفال الذين يعيشون في حالة فقر ويقيمون في المناطق النائية والريفية(20).
