It further decided that the Forum should be established as a subsidiary body of the Council composed of all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies and that it would operate under the rules of procedure of the functional commissions of the Council.
وقرر المجلس كذلك أن يُنشأ المنتدى بوصفه هيئة فرعية من هيئات المجلس تتألف من جميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة والأعضاء في الوكالات المتخصصة وأن يعمل طبقا للنظام الداخلي للجان الفنية التابعة للمجلس.
