وفي دورته التاسعة، قـرر المؤتمر، في مقـرره م ع-9/ م-13، أن يظل حجم صندوق رأس المال المتداول لفترة السنتين 2002-2003 والأغراض المأذون باستخدام أموال الصندوق فيها على ما كانا عليه في فترة السنتين السابقة (انظر المقرر م ع-2/م-27).

" (b) Recommends to the General Conference that the level of the Working Capital Fund and the authorized purposes of the Fund for the 2004-2005 biennium remain the same as for the 2002-2003 biennium (Euro7,423,030);
