2 - تحيل هذه التوصيات إلى الدول الأعضاء والأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية والمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية ووسائط الإعلام بغية تنفيذها حسب الاقتضاء؛

:: Support the deployment of national and international expertise at the request of host Governments, the United Nations and other international organizations to build national capacity to hold perpetrators to account and to improve the response and support to victims and their access to justice.
:: دعم نشر الخبرات الوطنية والدولية بناء على طلب الحكومات المضيفة والأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية من أجل بناء القدرات الوطنية في مجال إخضاع الجناة للمساءلة وتحسين نوعية الاستجابة للضحايا والدعم المقدم لهم وفرص لجوئهم إلى القضاء.

It was recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution 57/60 on United Nations study on disarmament and non-proliferation education, conveyed the recommendations for implementation, as appropriate, by Member States, the United Nations and other international organizations, civil society, non-governmental organizations and the media.
وأُشير إلى أن الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 57/60 عن دراسة الأمم المتحدة بشأن التثقيف في مجال نزع السلاح وعدم انتشار الأسلحة، أحالت التوصيات إلى الدول الأعضاء والأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية والمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية ووسائط الإعلام بغية تنفيذها، حسب الاقتضاء.

The Preparatory Committee should welcome the work of Governments, the United Nations and other international organizations, civil society, and non-governmental organizations, and encourage them to include, in their education and training programs, information on the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty, including the results of the NPT Review Conferences and the work of States Parties to implement the Treaty.
وينبغي للجنة التحضيرية أن ترحب بالأعمال التي اضطلعت بها الحكومات والأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية والمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية وأن تشجعها على أن تدرج في برامجها المتعلقة بالتعليم والتدريب، معلومات عن معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة والنووية، بما في ذلك نتائج مؤتمرات استعراض المعاهدة والأعمال التي تقوم بها الدول الأعضاء لتنفيذ المعاهدة.

In resolution 57/60 entitled " United Nations study on disarmament and non-proliferation education " , adopted without a vote on 22 November 2002, the Assembly conveyed the recommendations of the study for implementation, as appropriate, by Member States, the United Nations and other international organizations, civil society, non-governmental organizations and the media.
وفي القرار 57/60 المعنون " دراسة الأمم المتحدة بشأن التثقيف في مجال نزع السلاح وعدم انتشار الأسلحة " الذي اعتمد دون تصويت في 22 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2002، أحالت الجمعية العامة التوصيات التي خلصت إليها الدراسة إلى الدول الأعضاء والأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية والمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية ووسائط الإعلام بغية تنفيذها حسب الاقتضاء.
