There is no legal basis for courts in China to recognize and enforce interim measures and preliminary orders from foreign arbitral tribunals.
ولا يوجد أي أساس قانوني لاعتراف المحاكم الصينية بالتدابير المؤقتة والأوامر الأولية الصادرة عن هيئات التحكيم الأجنبية وإنفاذها.

15. The Chairman said that, if he heard no objection, he would take it that the Commission wished to adopt article 17 quinquies of the draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders contained in document A/CN.9/605.
15 - الرئيس: قال إنه إذا لم يسمع أي اعتراض، سوف يعتبر أن اللجنة راغبة في اعتماد المادة 17 مكرراً رابعاً من مشاريع الأحكام التشريعية المتعلقة بالتدابير المؤقتة والأوامر الأولية الواردة في الوثيقة A/CN.9/605.

24. If he heard no objection, he would take it that the Commission wished to adopt article 17 sexies of the draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders contained in document A/CN.9/605.
24 - وقال إنه ما لم يسمع أي اعتراض، فسوف يعتبر أن اللجنة ترغب في اعتماد المادة 17 مكرراً خامساً من مشاريع الأحكام التشريعية المتعلقة بالتدابير المؤقتة والأوامر الأولية الواردة في الوثيقة A/CN.9/605.

The Working Group resumed discussions on the draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders on the basis of the text prepared by the Secretariat to reflect the discussions of the Working Group, as set out in A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.141.
13- وقد استأنف الفريق العامل مناقشاته بشأن مشاريع الأحكام التشريعية المتعلقة بالتدابير المؤقّتة والأوامر الأولية استنادا إلى النص الذي أعدته الأمانة تجسيدا لمناقشات الفريق العامل، حسبما ورد في الوثيقة A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.141.

The Working Group agreed that the draft legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders should be located in a new chapter of the Arbitration Model Law and agreed that the articles could be grouped into sections as suggested in A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.141.
14- اتفق الفريق العامل على إدراج مشاريع الأحكام التشريعية المتعلقة بالتدابير المؤقّتة والأوامر الأولية في فصل جديد من القانون النموذجي للتحكيم، كما اتفق على أنه يمكن تجميع المواد في أبواب، حسبما اقتُرح في الوثيقة A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.141.

24. The Commission might wish to discuss the decision of the Working Group that explanatory material in relation to the legislative provisions on interim measures and preliminary orders could be drafted along the lines of the existing explanatory note to the Arbitration Model Law and that such text could replace the current paragraph 26 and other affected paragraphs of that explanatory note.
24- قد ترغب اللجنة في مناقشة قرار الفريق العامل بأن يُصاغ نص إيضاحي بشأن الأحكام التشريعية المتعلقة بالتدابير المؤقتة والأوامر الأولية على غرار المذكرة الإيضاحية المرفقة حاليا بالقانون النموذجي للتحكيم وبأن يحل ذلك النص محل النص الحالي للفقرة 26 وغيرها من الفقرات المعنية من تلك المذكرة الإيضاحية.
