In this regard, AALCO also encouraged its member States to consider ratifying/acceding to the Rome Statute and the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the International Criminal Court.

(b) The headquarters agreement should be based on the relevant provisions of the Statute, the Rules of Procedure and Evidence and the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Court and should be consistent with those instruments;
(ب) ينبغي أن يستند اتفاق المقر إلى الأحكام ذات الصلة من النظام الأساسي والقواعد الإجرائية وقواعد الإثبات والاتفاق المتعلق بامتيازات المحكمة وحصاناتها وأن يكون متفقا مع هذه الصكوك؛

(b) The headquarters agreement should be based on the relevant provisions of the Statute, the Rules of Procedure and Evidence and the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Court and should be consistent with those instruments;

(د) ينبغي أن يتناول اتفاق المقر بالتفصيل، المسائل التي لم تُغط أو لم تعالج بالقدر الكافي في النظام الأساسي والقواعد الإجرائية وقواعد الإثبات والاتفاق المتعلق بامتيازات المحكمة وحصاناتها، ولكنها ضرورية للتنفيذ السليم للأحكام المنصوص عليها في تلك الصكوك؛
