(b) He/She shall receive post adjustment, allowances and benefits, including social security benefits, for which a staff member in the Professional category of the UNIDO Secretariat would be eligible under the Staff Regulations and Staff Rules of the Organization, provided the purpose of such emolument, allowance or benefit has not already been met by other provisions of the present contract;
)ب( يحصل المدير العام على تسوية مقر العمل والبدلات والمزايا المستحقة لموظفي الفئة الفنية في أمانة اليونيدو بموجب النظام اﻷساسي والنظام الاداري لموظفي المنظمة ، بما في ذلك مزايا الضمان الاجتماعي ، شريطة ألا تكون أحكام هذا العقد اﻷخرى قد استوفت الغرض من تلك المستحقات أو البدلات أو المزايا ؛

(e) The above salary, allowances and benefits to which the Director General is entitled under this agreement shall be subject to adjustment by the Board, after consultations with the Director General, to keep them in line with those of the executive heads of other specialized agencies within the common system of the United Nations.
(ﻫ) يعدّل المجلس كلاًّ من المرتّب والبدلات والمزايا المذكورة آنفا المستحقة للمدير العام بمقتضى هذا الاتفاق، بعد التشاور مع المدير العام، لإبقائها جميعا متوافقة مع تلك التي يحصل عليها الرؤساء التنفيذيون في الوكالات المتخصّصة الأخرى في إطار النظام الموحّد للأمم المتحدة.

(e) The above salary, allowances and benefits to which the Director General is entitled under this agreement shall be subject to adjustment by the Board, after consultations with the Director General, to keep them in line with those of the executive heads of other specialized agencies within the common system of the United Nations.
(هـ) يعدّل المجلس كلاًّ من المرتّب والبدلات والمزايا المذكورة آنفا المستحقة للمدير العام بمقتضى هذا الاتفاق، بعد التشاور مع المدير العام، لإبقائها جميعا متوافقة مع تلك التي يحصل عليها الرؤساء التنفيذيون في الوكالات المتخصّصة الأخرى في إطار النظام الموحّد للأمم المتحدة.

(e) The above salary, allowances and benefits to which the Director-General is entitled under this agreement shall be subject to adjustment by the Board, after consultations with the Director-General, to keep them in line with those of the executive heads of other specialized agencies within the common system of the United Nations.
(ﻫ) تكون الرواتب والبدلات والمزايا المذكورة أعلاه، التي يستحقها المدير العام بمقتضى هذا الاتفاق، خاضعة للتعديل من جانب المجلس، بعد التشاور مع المدير العام، للحفاظ على توافقها مع ما يحصل عليه الرؤساء التنفيذيون للوكالات المتخصصة الأخرى في إطار النظام الموحد للأمم المتحدة.

The Special Entitlements and Travel Unit consist of 2 P-3 and 6 GS (OL) staff, who are responsible for the administration of special entitlements, allowances and benefits, such as rental subsidy, education grant, claims, mobility and initial mission-bound travel arrangements for DFS staff, military and police

(ﻫ) ويكون المرتب المذكور آنفا، والبدلات والمزايا السابقة الذكر التي يستحقها المدير العام بمقتضى هذا الاتفاق، كلها خاضعة للتعديل بواسطة المجلس، بعد التشاور مع المدير العام، للحفاظ على تناظرها مع مثيلاتها التي يحصل عليها الرؤساء التنفيذيون في الوكالات المتخصصة الأخرى في اطار النظام المشترك للأمم المتحدة.
