وإذ يثير جزعها ما يحدث في أنحاء عديدة من العالم من ازدياد عدد الحالات الخطيرة للتعصب والتمييز على أساس الدين أو المعتقد، بما في ذلك أعمال العنف والتخويف والإكراه بدافع من التعصب الديني، بما تمثله من تهديد للتمتع بحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية،

6. Urges States, in compliance with their international obligations, to take all necessary action to combat incitement to or acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by hatred and intolerance based on culture, religion or belief, which may cause discord and disharmony within and among societies;

Further urges States, in conformity with international standards of human rights, to take all necessary action to combat hatred, intolerance and acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by intolerance based on religion or belief, with particular regard to persons belonging to religious minorities;

(k) To take all necessary and appropriate action, in conformity with international standards of human rights, to combat hatred, discrimination, intolerance and acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by intolerance based on religion or belief, as well as incitement to hostility and violence, with particular regard to persons belonging to religious minorities in all parts of the world;
(ك) أن تتخذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة والملائمة، بما يتفق مع المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، لمكافحة الكراهية والتمييز والتعصب وأعمال العنف والتخويف والإكراه بدافع من التعصب القائم على أساس الدين أو المعتقد ومكافحة التحريض على العداء والعنف، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص للأقليات الدينية في جميع أنحاء العالم؛

4. Further urges States, in conformity with international standards of human rights, to take all necessary action to prevent such instances, to take all appropriate measures to combat hatred, intolerance and acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by religious intolerance and to encourage, through the educational system and by other means, understanding, tolerance and respect in matters relating to freedom of religion or belief;
4 - تحث كذلك الدول على أن تتخذ، طبقا للمعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، جميع الإجراءات اللازمة لمنع وقوع هذه الحالات، وأن تتخذ جميع التدابير المناسبة لمكافحة الكراهية، والتعصب وأعمال العنف والتخويف والإكراه بدافع من التعصب الديني، وأن تشجع، من خلال النظام التعليمي وبوسائل أخرى، التفاهم والتسامح والاحترام في المسائل المتصلة بحرية الدين أو المعتقد؛

4. Further urges States, in conformity with international standards of human rights, to take all necessary action to combat hatred, intolerance and acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by intolerance based on religion or belief, with particular regard to persons belonging to religious minorities, and to devote particular attention to practices which violate the human rights of women and discriminate against women;
4 - تحث كذلك الدول على أن تتخذ، طبقا للمعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، جميع الإجراءات اللازمة لمكافحة الكراهية والتعصب وأعمال العنف والتخويف والإكراه بدافع من التعصب القائم على أساس الدين أو المعتقد، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص بالأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى الأقليات الدينية، وتكريس عناية خاصة بالممارسات التي تنتهك حقوق الإنسان للمرأة وتميز ضدها؛

(j) To take all necessary and appropriate action, in conformity with international standards of human rights, to combat hatred, discrimination, intolerance and acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by intolerance based on religion or belief, as well as incitement to hostility and violence, with particular regard to members of religious minorities in all parts of the world;
(ي) أن تتخذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة والملائمة، بما يتفق مع المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، لمكافحة الكراهية والتمييز والتعصب وأعمال العنف والتخويف والإكراه بدافع من التعصب القائم على أساس الدين أو المعتقد ومكافحة التحريض على العداء والعنف، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لأفراد الأقليات الدينية في جميع أنحاء العالم؛
