وإذ نؤكد من جديد أيضا أن لبلدان المرور العابر، لدى ممارسة سيادتها الكاملة على أراضيها، الحق في اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لكفالة ألا تخل الحقوق والتسهيلات المقدمة إلى البلدان غير الساحلية بأي حال من الأحوال بمصالحها المشروعة،

At the same time they reaffirmed that transit countries, in the exercise of their full sovereignty over their territory, have the right to take all measures necessary to ensure that the rights and facilities provided for landlocked developing countries in no way infringe upon their legitimate interests.
وفي الوقت نفسه، أكدوا من جديد أن بلدان المرور العابر، وهي تمارس سيادتها الكاملة على أراضيها، لها الحق في اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لكفالة ألا يكون من شأن الحقوق والتسهيلات المقدمة إلى البلدان غير الساحلية أن تتعدى بحال من الأحوال على مصالحها المشروعة.

وإذ تؤكد من جديد أن لبلدان العبور الحـق فـي ممارستها لسيادتها الكاملة على أراضيها، في اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان ألا تضر الحقوق والتسهيلات المقدمة للبلدان غير الساحلية بأي حال من اﻷحوال بمصالحها المشروعة،

3 - تؤكد من جديد أيضا أن لبلدان المرور العابر، لدى ممارسة سيادتها الكاملة على أراضيها، الحق في اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لكفالة ألا تمس الحقوق والتسهيلات المقدمة إلى البلدان غير الساحلية بأي حال من الأحوال مصالحها المشروعة؛

6 - كما نؤكد من جديد أن بلدان المرور العابر، وهي تمارس سيادتها الكاملة على إقليمها، لها الحق في اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لكفالة ألا يكون من شأن الحقوق والتسهيلات المقدمة إلى البلدان غير الساحلية أن تتعدى بحال من الأحوال على مصالحها المشروعة.
