4-2 تقدم الإدارة أو المكتب أو اللجنة الإقليمية ذات الصلة مشاريع الأحكام الختامية لتلك المعاهدات والاتفاقات الدولية إلى قسم المعاهدات من أجل استعراضها والتعليق عليها قبل وضعها في صيغتها النهائية.
