On the basis of this recommendation, the Executive Director proposes, in keeping with rules 5 and 9 of the rules of procedure of the Governing Council, a provisional agenda, date and venue for the convening of the seventh special session of the Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum and the twenty-second session of the Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum.
وعلى أساس هذه التوصية، يقترح المدير التنفيذي، تمشياً مع المادتين 5 و9 من النظام الداخلي لمجلس الإدارة، جدول أعمال مؤقتاً، وموعداً ومكاناً لعقد الدورة الإستثنائية السابعة لمجلس الإدارة/المنتدى البيئي الوزاري العالمي، والدورة الثانية والعشرين لمجلس الإدارة/المنتدى البيئي الوزاري العالمي.
