٥٠/٧٩ - حالة اتفاقية حظر استحداث وإنتاج وتخزين اﻷسلحة البكتريولوجية )البيولوجية( والسﱡمية وتدمير تلك اﻷسلحة

The Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction entered into force on 26 March 1975.
وفي ٦٢ آذار/مارس ٥٧٩١، بدأ نفاذ اتفاقية حظر استحداث وإنتاج وتخزين اﻷسلحة البكتريولوجية )البيولوجية( والسﱡمية وتدمير تلك اﻷسلحة.

Convinced of the importance of the environmentally sound implementation of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction, Resolution 2826 (XXVI), annex.
واقتناعا منها بأهمية التنفيذ السليم بيئيا لاتفاقية حظر استحداث وإنتاج وتخزيــن اﻷسلحة البكتريولوجية )البيولوجية( والسﱡمية وتدمير تلك اﻷسلحة)٨٢(،

The Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction entered into force on 26 March 1975.
وفي ٦٢ آذار/ مارس ٥٧٩١، بدأ نفاذ اتفاقية حظر استحداث وإنتاج وتخزين اﻷسلحة البكتريولوجية )البيولوجية( والسﱡمية وتدمير تلك اﻷسلحة.

8. Urges States parties to consider all the relevant norms related to the protection of the environment in implementing the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction;20
٨ - تحث الدول اﻷطراف على مراعاة جميع القواعد المتصلة بحماية البيئة لدى تنفيذ اتفاقية حظر استحداث وإنتاج وتخزين اﻷسلحة البكتريولوجية )البيولوجية( والسﱡمية وتدمير تلك اﻷسلحة)٢٠(؛

Noting with satisfaction that there are one hundred and thirty-nine States parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction,Resolution 2826 (XXVI), annex.
وإذ تلاحظ مع الارتياح أن هناك مائة وتسعا وثلاثين دولة طرفا في اتفاقية حظــر استحداث وانتاج وتخزين اﻷسلحة البكتريولوجية )البيولوجية( والسﱡمية وتدمير تلك اﻷسلحة)١(، بما في ذلك جميع اﻷعضاء الدائمين في مجلس اﻷمن،

1. Welcomes the information and data provided to date, and reiterates its call upon all States parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction to participate in the exchange of information and data agreed to in the Final Declaration of the Third Review Conference of the Parties to the Convention;
١ - ترحب بالمعلومات والبيانات المقدمة حتى اﻵن، وتكرر طلبها إلى جميع الدول اﻷطراف في اتفاقية حظر استحداث وإنتاج وتخزين اﻷسلحة البكتريولوجية )البيولوجية( والسﱡمية وتدمير تلك اﻷسلحة أن تشارك في تبادل المعلومات والبيانات المتفق عليها في اﻹعلان الختامي للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث لﻷطراف في الاتفاقية؛

7. Decides to include in the provisional agenda of its fifty-first session the item entitled " Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction " .
٧ - تقرر أن تدرج في جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت لدورتها الحادية والخمسين البند المعنون " اتفاقية حظر استحداث وإنتاج وتخزين اﻷسلحة البكتريولوجية )البيولوجية( والسﱡمية وتدمير تلك اﻷسلحة " .

6. Decides to include in the provisional agenda of its fifty-second session the item entitled " Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on Their Destruction " .
٦ - تقرر أن تدرج في جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت لدورتها الثانية والخمسين البند المعنون " اتفاقية حظر استحداث وإنتاج وتخزين اﻷسلحة البكتريولوجية )البيولوجية( والسﱡمية وتدمير تلك اﻷسلحة " .
