The third section announces that a State must observe the applicable human rights and humanitarian norms of international law and that these must be incorporated in national law.
وينص الفرع الثالث على وجوب أن تحترم كل دولة قواعد حقوق الإنسان والقواعد الإنسانية المنطبقة وأن تجعلها في صلب القانون الوطني.

In that connection, his Government attached great importance to the full implementation of the Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement, as well as other applicable international human rights instruments and humanitarian norms.
