The Andean Presidents emphasize that the ninth session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) offers a good opportunity to promote the interests of the subregion through the adoption of measures concerning commodities, trade facilitation, agriculture, services and Trade Efficiency.
