529- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تصدق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين بالاتفاقية والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي إنتاج المواد الخليعة، وباشتراك الأطفال في النـزاعات المسلحة.

248. The Committee notes that the State party has signed but not ratified the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
248- تلاحظ اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف قد وقّعت على البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية، وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة ، ولكنها لم تصدِّق عليهما.

321. The Committee notes that the State party has signed but not yet ratified the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
321- تلاحظ اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف قد وقعت على البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية، وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة ، ولكنها لم تصدق عليهما بعد.

322. The Committee encourages the State party to ratify and implement the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
322- تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على التصديق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية، وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة ، وعلى وضعهما موضع التنفيذ.

381. The Committee recommends that the State party ratify the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
381- توصي اللجنة بأن تصدق الدولة الطرف على البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة .

437. The Committee welcomes the ratification by the State party of the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
437- وترحب اللجنة بتصديق الدولة الطرف على البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية، وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة .

At the same meeting, the Committee also agreed that the amended provisional rules of procedure would also apply to the consideration of reports submitted under the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
وفي الجلسة نفسها، وافقت اللجنة على أن ينطلق أيضاً النظام الداخلي المؤقت المعدّل على النظر في التقارير المقدمة بموجب البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة .

528. The Committee notes that the State party has not ratified the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
528- تلاحظ اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف لم تصدق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين بالاتفاقية والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي إنتاج المواد الخليعة، وباشتراك الأطفال في النـزاعات المسلحة.

The Committee welcomes the information provided by the State party's delegation that a process is underway for the ratification of the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict both signed in September 2000.
78- ترحب اللجنة بالمعلومات التي قدمها وفد الدولة الطرف والتي تفيد بأن العمل جارٍ للتصديق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين للاتفاقية، الموقعين في أيلول/سبتمبر 2000، والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية واشتراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة.

249. The Committee recommends that the State party ratify the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
249- توصي اللجنة بأن تصدق الدولة الطرف على البروتوكولين الاختياريين المُلحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية، وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة .

429. The Committee notes that the State party has not ratified the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
429- تلاحظ اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف لم تصدّق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية، وبإشراك الأطفـال في النزاعات المسلحة .

430. The Committee recommends that the State party ratify the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
430- توصي اللجنة بأن تصدّق الدولة الطرف على البروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية، وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة .

وينبغي قراءة هذا التعليق العام مقترناً بالاتفاقية وبالبروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين بالاتفاقية، والمتعلقين ببيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة، وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المُسلَّحة؛ فضلاً عن القواعد والمعايير الدولية الأخرى ذات الصلة بحقوق الإنسان(1).
