The last part, starting from " including those producing, exporting and importing rough diamonds " should be deleted, reverting instead to the wording contained in the seventeenth preambular paragraph of last year's resolution, which reads as follows:
فينبغي حذف الجزء الأخير، بدءا من عبارة " بما في ذلك الجهات المنتجة للماس الخام والمصدرة والمستوردة له " ، والعودة بدلا من ذلك إلى الصيغة الواردة في الفقرة السابعة عشرة من الديباجة في قرار العام الماضي، ونصها كما يلي:
