I should like to inform the Assembly that the candidate that receives a two-thirds majority of members present and voting will be declared elected.
وأود إبلاغ الجمعية العامة بأنه سيعلن انتخاب المرشح الذي سيحصل على أغلبية ثلثي الأعضاء الحاضرين والمشاركين في التصويت.

19. Decisions on matters of procedure shall be taken by a majority vote of the members present and voting.
19 - وتتخذ القرارات الخاصة بالمسائل المتعلقة بالإجراءات بغالبية أصوات الأعضاء الحاضرين والمشاركين في التصويت.

Any appeal against this ruling shall be put to the vote immediately and the Chair's ruling shall stand unless overruled by a majority of the members present and voting.
ويعرض أي اعتراض على هذا الحكم للتصويت على الفور، ويسري الحكم الذي يصدره الرئيس ما لم ينقضه غالبية الأعضاء الحاضرين والمشاركين في التصويت.

وإذا استنفدت جميع الجهود التي يبذلها أعضاء المنبر للتوصل إلى توافق في الآراء بشأن مسألة إجرائية دون التوصل إلى توافق في الآراء، يجرى، كملاذ أخير، ما لم تنص أحكام هذا النظام الداخلي على خلاف ذلك، البت في الأمر بثلثي أصوات أعضاء الاجتماع العام الحاضرين والمشاركين في التصويت.

1- يجوز للمؤتمر، بناء على اقتراح كتابي من ممثّل لاحدى الدول الأعضاء أو من عدة ممثّلين لدول أعضاء يقدّم وقت النظر في جدول الأعمال، أن يقرّر بأغلبية ثلثي الممثّلين الحاضرين والمشاركين في التصويت ادراج بنود أخرى في جدول أعماله بشأن مسائل عاجلة وهامة.

The decisions not to proceed against Latvia (CC-2006-8-3/Latvia/FB) and Slovenia (CC-2006-14-2/Slovenia/FB) were both adopted by a majority of three-fourths of the members present and voting.

Decisionmaking [17. The Committee shall [make every effort to] reach agreement on all matters of substance by consensus. If all efforts to reach consensus have been exhausted and no agreement has been reached, any decision shall, as a last resort, be taken by a [twothirds][three-quarters] majority of the members present and voting [or by six members, whichever is greater].
