The Government of Chile considers that the application by Member States of laws and regulations whose extraterritorial effects affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction and the freedom of trade and navigation undermine universally accepted principles of international law.
1 - ترى حكومة شيلي أن لجوء الدول الأعضاء إلى تطبيق القوانين والأنظمة التي تمس آثارها الإقليمية سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، فضلا عن حرية التجارة والملاحة، إنما تعرض للخطر مبادئ القانون الدولي المتعارف عليها بين جميع الدول.

1. Costa Rica has not promulgated or applied any provisions intended to have extraterritorial effects or to affect Cuba's sovereignty, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under its jurisdiction or the freedom of trade and navigation with it.
1 - لم تنفك فنـزويلا تعرب بصورة متسقة ومتكررة عن موقفها الرافض لسن وتطبيق قوانين وأنظمة تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز الحدود الإقليمية سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية وحرية التجارة والملاحة الدوليتين.

2. In accordance with General Assembly resolutions 47/19, 48/16, 49/9, 50/10, 51/1, 52/10, and 53/4, Brazil did not promulgate or apply any law, regulation or measure, the extraterritorial effects of which could affect the sovereignty of other States and the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction, as well as the freedom of trade and navigation.
٢ - ووفقا للقرارات ٤٧/١٩ و ٤٨/١٦ و ٤٩/٩ و ٥٠/١٠ و ٥١/١ و ٥٢/١٠ و ٥٣/٤، لم تسن البرازيل أو تطبق أي قوانين أو أنظمة أو تدابير يمكن أن تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز الحدود الوطنية سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، فضلا عن حرية التجارة والملاحة.

Every year it has adopted a resolution reaffirming the call on all States to refrain from promulgating laws and regulations the extraterritorial effects of which affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction and the freedom of trade and navigation.
وفي كل عام تعتمد الجمعية العامة قرارا يؤكد الدعوة الى جميع الدول بأن تمتنع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وأنظمة تمس آثارها، التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول، سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

10. The Government reaffirmed that it did not have any legislation or regulations regarding extraterritorial effects that could affect the sovereignty of other States and the legitimate interests of entities under their jurisdiction, or the freedom of trade.
10- أكدت الحكومة من جديد أنه لا توجد لدى أوكرانيا أية تشريعات أو أنظمة قد تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز الحدود الإقليمية سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات خاضعة لولايتها القضائية، أو حرية التجارة.

2. The Union of Myanmar is of the view that the promulgation and application by Member States of laws and regulations the extraterritorial effects of which affect the sovereignty of other States and the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction as well as the freedom of trade and the freedom of navigation violate the universally adopted principles of international law.
٢ - ويرى اتحاد ميانمار أن قيام دول أعضاء بسن وتطبيق قوانين وأنظمة تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة، إنما ينتهك مبادئ القانون الدولي المتعارف عليها.

During the past five years the General Assembly has rejected the promulgation and enforcement by Member States of legislation whose extraterritorial effects have an impact on the sovereignty of other States and the legitimate interests of entities or individuals under their jurisdiction and on free trade and navigation.
١ - خلال السنوات الخمس اﻷخيرة، رفضت الجمعية العامة لﻷمم المتحدة سن الدول اﻷعضاء وتطبيقها لقوانين وأنظمة تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

1. The Government of the State of Qatar has neither promulgated nor applied any law or legislation whose extraterritorial effects affect the sovereignty of other States and the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction, or the freedom of trade or international navigation, nor has it taken any measures contrary to resolution 53/4.
١ - لم تسن حكومة دولة قطر أو تطبق أي قانون أو تشريع تمس آثاره التي تتجاوز حدود اﻹقليم الوطني بسيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، أو بحرية التجارة والملاحة الدوليتين. وهي لم تتخذ أي إجراءات منافية ﻷحكام القرار ٥٣/٤.

2. In adopting these resolutions, the Member States also expressed their rejection of the promulgation and application of laws and regulations, the extraterritorial effects of which affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction and the freedom of trade and navigation.
٢ - وبالموافقة على القرارات المشار إليها، أعربت الدول اﻷعضاء أيضا عن رفضها لسن وتطبيق قوانين وأنظمة تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

2. ٢ - ويرى اتحاد ميانمار أن قيام الدول اﻷعضاء بإصدار وتطبيق قوانين وأنظمة تؤدي آثارها المتجاوزة للحدود اﻹقليمية إلى التأثير على سيادة الدول اﻷخرى، والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها، وعلى حرية التجارة والملاحة إنما يعد انتهاكا لمبادئ القانون الدولي المعتمدة عالميا.

والواقع أن الجمعية العامة من خلال قراريها ٤٧/١٩ و ٤٨/١٦، دعت جميع الدول الى أن تمتنع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

2.
