110. The Secretary-General welcomes the efforts made by several Member States to adopt a comprehensive and balanced approach to migration, acknowledging the responsibilities of countries of origin, transit and destination in promoting and protecting the human rights of migrants and avoiding approaches that may aggravate their vulnerability.

12- وعند النظر في استخدام أساليب التحرِّي الخاصة، يجب معالجة مواطن الضعف الخاصة لدى المهاجرين، الذين يتعرضون للتهريب، في كل ما يُتَّخذ في بلدان المنشأ والعبور والمقصد من تدابير لمواجهة تهريب المهاجرين.

(c) Increase international, regional and bilateral cooperation with countries of origin, transit and destination to prevent trafficking through information exchange and to harmonize legal procedures aimed at the prosecution and punishment of traffickers; and
(ج) تعزيز التعاون الدولي والإقليمي والثنائي مع بلدان المنشأ والعبور والمقصد من أجل منع الاتجار بالبشر وذلك من خلال تبادل المعلومات ومواءمة الإجراءات القانونية الهادفة إلى مقاضاة ومعاقبة المتجرين بالبشر؛
