11 - تحث مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة على أن يزيد، حسب الاقتضاء، من تعاونه مع المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات الدولية والمنظمات الإقليمية المعنية بمكافحة مشكلة المخدرات العالمية، بهدف تبادل أفضل الممارسات وتحقيق أقصى استفادة من ميزتها النسبية الفريدة؛
