UNICEF supported the Cluster Munitions Coalition and Handicap International in their advocacy efforts.
وقدمت اليونيسيف الدعم للتحالف المناهض للذخائر العنقودية والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين في جهودهما في مجال الدعوة.

The project is being led by the Arab Organization of Disabled People and Handicap International.
وتتولى قيادة هذا المشروع حاليا المنظمة العربية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين.

The organization participated in a group lobbying effort to raise the profile of disability in the field at the Executive Committee of UNHCR, which was organized by World Vision and Handicap International.
شاركت الهيئة في المجهود الذي تبذله جماعة للضغط من أجل تحسين صورة الإعاقة في الواقع أثناء اجتماع اللجنة التنفيذية لمفوضية حقوق الإنسان، وقد نظمت الرؤية العالمية والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين هذا المجهود.

A presentation by Response International and Handicap International on their current project on the Disability Focal Point was followed by a discussion on the human rights approach to the issue of disability.
وتلا العرض الذي قدمته منظمة الاستجابة الدولية والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين بشأن مشروعهما الحالي عن مركز تنسيق شؤون المعوقين مناقشة عن نهج حقوق الإنسان إزاء موضوع الإعاقة.

34. The SCE recommended that UNMAS and HI/MAG/NPA consult when updating their respective project portfolios in order to make any appropriate linkages and avoid unnecessary duplication of effort; that each should identify points of contact; and that other NGOs should consider contributing to these documents.
34- وأوصت لجنة الخبراء الدائمة بأن تقوم دائرة الأمم المتحدة للأعمال المتعلقة بالألغام والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين/الفريق الاستشاري المعني بالألغام/المنظمة النرويجية للمساعدة الشعبية بالتشاور فيما بينها عند تحديث مشاريع كل منها من أجل إقامة أية روابط مناسبة وتجنب ازدواجية الجهد دون داع.

In observance of the International Day of Disabled Persons, there will be a Seminar, co-sponsored by the Permanent Mission of Ecuador, the Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) and Disabled Peoples' International, Rehabilitation International and VSA Arts, today, 3 December 2003, from 1 to 4 p.m. in Conference Room 4.
احتفالا باليوم الدولي للمعوقين، تُعقد حلقة دراسية برعاية كل من البعثة الدائمة لإكوادور وإدارة الشؤون الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين والهيئة الدولية للتأهيل ومؤسسة VSA Arts، وذلك اليوم، 3 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، من الساعة 00/13 إلى الساعة 00/16 بغرفة الاجتماعات 4.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the WHO offices in Djibouti, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Somalia and Uganda, and by representatives of UNICEF, Addis Ababa University and Handicap International.
وحضر الاجتماع مكاتب منظمة الصحة العالمية في كل من إثيوبيا، وأوغندا، وجيبوتي، والصومال، وموزامبيق، وممثلون عن اليونيسيف، وجامعة أديس أبابا، والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين.

24. As part of Mauritania's policy of involving international NGOs in order to achieve its objectives, the country invited Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) and Handicap International to give careful thought to how they could participate:
24- وفي إطار سياسة موريتانيا القاضية بإشراك منظمات غير حكومية دولية لبلوغ أهدافها، دعت موريتانيا المنظمةَ النرويجية للمساعدة الشعبية والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين للنظر بجدية في إمكانية إشراكهما:

163. The municipality of Diégo and Handicap International have signed a partnership agreement to facilitate transport and access to municipal services.
163- ووقعت بلدية دييغو والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين على اتفاقية شراكة من أجل تسهيل التنقل إلى الإدارات في المدينة والدخول إليها.

34. Ms. Dandobi (Niger) said that her country received support from partners such as the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Handicap International, the Christoffel Blindenmission and others.
34 - السيدة داندوبي (النيجر): قالت إن بلدها يتلقى الدعم من شركاء مثل منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (اليونيسيف) والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين والبعثة الدولية المسيحية للمكفوفين وغيرها.

The Open Society Institute (OSI), which helped raise awareness of disability issues and supported national organizations' efforts to monitor implementation of the relevant provisions of the Constitution, and Handicap International provided support for disability awareness-raising and mainstreaming activities and for recognition of HIV as a disability.
ويقوم معهد المجتمع المفتوح، الذي يساعد على التوعية بقضايا الإعاقة ويدعم جهود المنظمات الوطنية لرصد تنفيذ أحكام الدستور ذات الصلة، والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين بتقديم الدعم لأنشطة التوعية بالإعاقة وتعميم مراعاتها، وللاعتراف بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية بوصفه إعاقة.

On the other hand, the collaboration between UNDP, Handicap International and the Rede de Assistência as Vitimas de Minas is a targeted intervention, which seeks to empower the often marginalized group of mine survivors to claim their rights.

A collaboration has been launched between MSB and Handicap International.

11. During the first meeting of the SCE-VA, the ICBL and Handicap International agreed to facilitate the Network Group on Victim Assistance Reporting, the purpose of which was to propose a voluntary reporting mechanism.
11- وخلال الاجتماع الأول للجنة الخبراء الدائمة، وافقت الحملة الدولية لحظر الألغام البرية والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين على تيسير عمل المجموعة الشبكية المعنية بتقديم التقارير عن مساعدة الضحايا الذي يتمثل الغرض منه في اقتراح آلية إبلاغ طوعية.

Specifically, productive cooperation continues with UNICEF and the international organization Handicap International in the provision of services to children with disabilities, as well as inclusive education.
وهناك تعاون منتج مستمر، بصفة خاصة، مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (اليونيسيف) والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين " هانديكاب إنترناشونال " في تقديم الخدمات للأطفال المعوقين فضلاً عن التعليم الجامع.

17. The representatives of the following non-governmental organisations also took part in the work of the Conference as observers: Actiongroup Landmine.de, Cluster Munition Coalition, Handicap International, Human Rights Watch, International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL), and Landmine Action.
17- كما شارك في أعمال المؤتمر بصفة مراقب ممثلون عن المنظمات غير الحكومية التالية: فريق العمل الألماني لإزالة الألغام البرية والائتلاف من أجل مكافحة الذخائر العنقودية والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين ومنظمة رصد حقوق الإنسان والحملة الدولية لحظر الألغام البرية.

In conclusion, I would like to share Senegal's vision of a world free from mines as a result of joint action, led and coordinated by the United Nations, among populations, States, development partners and the family of intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, chief among them the International Committee of the Red Cross, the International Campaign to Ban Landmines and Handicap International.
وفي الختام، أود أن أطرح عليكم رؤية السنغال المتمثلة في عالم خال من الألغام نتيجة للقيام بإجراءات مشتركة، تقودها الأمم المتحدة وتتولى تنسيقها، فيما بين الشعوب والدول والشركاء الإنمائيين وأسرة المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية، وتتقدمها لجنة الصليب الأحمر الدولية، والحملة الدولية لحظر الألغام الأرضية، والمنظمة الدولية للمعوقين.

The working group consists of international organizations of disabled people (World Blind Union, World Federation of the Deaf, Inclusion International and Disabled Peoples’ International), organizations working for the rights of the child (International Save the Children Alliance, Child Rights Centre) and one member of the Committee on the Rights of the Child.
