توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعتمد تدابير فعالة وعاجلة لمكافحة الجوع وسوء التغذية، ولا سيما سوء تغذية الأطفال، وبأن تتخذ تدابير عاجلة للتعويض عن التأثير السلبي لارتفاع أسعار الأغذية على ميزانيات الأسر، خصوصاً في حالة المحرومين والمهمّشين من الأفراد والأسر.

81. States parties should respect, protect, facilitate and promote the work of human rights advocates and other members of civil society, with a view to assisting disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups in the realization of their right to social security.
٨١- وينبغي أن تحترم الدول الأطراف عمل المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان وغيرهم من أعضاء المجتمع المدني في سبيل مساعدة الضعفاء والمهمّشين من الأفراد والجماعات على إعمال حقهم في الضمان الاجتماعي، وأن تحمي هذا العمل وتيسِّره وتعزِّزه.

While taking note of the information provided during the dialogue about the legal prohibition on collecting disaggregated data on certain grounds, the Committee is concerned about the absence of sufficient disaggregated data on the effective realization of Covenant rights for disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups, in particular for Roma.

The Committee notes with concern that, despite the State party's economic prosperity, 12 per cent of the Australian population lives in poverty, and poverty rates remain very high among disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups such as indigenous peoples, asylum-seekers, migrants and persons with disabilities.
97- وتلاحظ اللجنة بقلق أنه، على الرغم من الرخاء الاقتصادي في الدولة الطرف، فإن 12 في المائة من السكان الأستراليين يعيشون في فقر، ولا تزال معدلات الفقر مرتفعة جداً في أوساط المحرومين والمهمّشين من الأفراد والجماعات، مثل الشعوب الأصلية وطالبي اللجوء والمهاجرين والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

In line with its general comment No. 4, the Committee recommends that the State party adopt a national strategy to provide the population with sustainable solutions for housing; take immediate measures to ensure access to adequate housing, in particular for disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and families, including internally displaced persons, indigenous and Afro-Colombian peoples.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف، تماشيا مع تعليقها العام رقم 4، باعتماد استراتيجية وطنية لتزويد السكان بحلول مستدامة في قطاع السكن؛ واتخاذ تدابير عاجلة لكفالة الحصول على السكن اللائق، ولا سيما بالنسبة إلى المحرومين والمهمّشين من الأفراد والأسر، بمن فيهم المشردون داخلياً والسكان الأصليون والسكان الكولومبيون المنحدرون من أصل أفريقي.
