The GM and the UNCCD secretariat should submit a report to the COP containing a total work programme and the total cost estimate involved in the context of their future biennium and medium-term work programme and plan so that the COP can exercise governance and oversight over the mobilization, allocation and use of voluntary contributions and core resources for the entire activities of the UNCCD bodies, the GM and the secretariat.
