The Government has accepted the Commission's recommendation to pay compensation to the victims' families, to consider taking disciplinary action against the alleged offenders and to require military authorities to give clear instructions to soldiers to refrain from extra-military acts.
وأعلنت الحكومة قبولها لتوصية اللجنة بدفع تعويض الى أسر الضحايا والنظر في اتخاذ اجراء تأديبي ضد من نسب اليهم هذا الجرم ومطالبة السلطات العسكرية باعطاء تعليمات صريحة للجنود بالامتناع عن أي فعل خارج النطاق العسكري.

3. Invites Governments, intergovernmental organizations and the Intergovernmental Forum on Chemical Safety, as addressees of specific recommendations, to review the report of the Group of Experts and its annexes and to consider taking action, as appropriate, to implement them and to report on such action to the Governing Council at its twentieth session.
٣ - يدعو الحكومات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمحفل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالسلامة الكيميائية باعتبارها واضعة لتوصيات محددة، إلى استعراض تقرير الخبراء الحكوميين المعينين ومرفقاته، والنظر في اتخاذ اجراءات حسب الاقتضاء، لتنفيذها وتقديم تقرير عن هذه اﻹجراءات إلى مجلس اﻹدارة في دورته العشرين.

The encouragement to follow that approach clearly confirmed the importance of integrating the Convention into national action plans, and to pave the way for a holistic approach to the rights of the child and for the consideration of multidisciplinary action in favour of children.
والتشجيع على متابعة هذا النهج يؤكد بوضوح أهمية ادماج الاتفاقية في خطط العمل الوطنية وتمهيد الطريق لانتهاج نهج كلي في معالجة حقوق الطفل، والنظر في اتخاذ إجراءات متعددة الاختصاصات لصالح اﻷطفال.

Also encourages concerned Governments, in particular those of the countries of origin and destination, to adopt policies and measures or strengthen existing ones that protect the rights of migrant women workers, and to consider the adoption of appropriate legal measures against intermediaries who deliberately encourage the clandestine movement of workers and who exploit women migrant workers;
