وينبغي أن تتيح الحلقة مزيداً من التبادل للمعلومات والمقترحات العملية بشأن السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز التعاون بين الأمم المتحدة والترتيبات الإقليمية في مجال حقوق الإِنسان وتحديد استراتيجيات لتجاوز العقبات التي تعترض سبيل تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي.

33. The Committee on Environmental Policy shall study ways and means to strengthen cooperation with the United Nations Environment Programme and all other relevant United Nations institutions and international organizations in order to optimize the implementation of the programme of work in the region and shall submit proposals to the Executive Committee.
33 - تتولى لجنة السياسات البيئية دراسة السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز التعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة وغيره من مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة، من أجل الوصول بتنفيذ برنامج العمل في المنطقة إلى المستوى الأمثل وتقديم مقترحات إلى اللجنة التنفيذية.

33. Conference on the Peaceful Exploitation and Utilization of the Extra-Atmospheric Space (UNISPACE) held from 19-30 July 1999 in Vienna to study the appropriate ways and means to promote an effective cooperation between the OIC Member States in the field of Space Science and Technologies for a sustainable development.

2. Requests the Secretary-General in this regard to seek the views of all Member States on ways and means to enhance cooperation between the United Nations and all relevant partners, in particular the private sector;
2 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام في هذا الخصوص أن يلتمس آراء جميع الدول الأعضاء بشأن السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز التعاون بين الأمم المتحدة وجميع الشركاء المعنيين، وبخاصة القطاع الخاص؛

In its resolutions 6/20 and 12/15, it requested OHCHR to hold an international workshop to put forward concrete proposals on ways and means to strengthen cooperation between United Nations and regional arrangements in the field of human rights.
فقد طلب المجلس، في قراريه 6/20 و12/15، إلى المفوضية أن تنظم حلقة عمل دولية لتقديم اقتراحات عملية بشأن السُبل والوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز التعاون بين الأمم المتحدة والترتيبات الإقليمية في مجال حقوق الإنسان.

In its resolutions 6/20, 12/15, 18/14 and 24/19, it requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to hold international workshops to put forward concrete proposals on ways and means to strengthen cooperation between United Nations and regional arrangements in the field of human rights.
فقد طلب المجلس، في قراراته 6/20 و12/15 و18/14 و24/19 إلى مفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الإنسان أن ينظم حلقات عمل دولية لتقديم اقتراحات عملية بشأن السُبل والوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز التعاون بين الأمم المتحدة والترتيبات الإقليمية في مجال حقوق الإنسان.

45. The workshop also recognized the importance of holding biennial meetings with the participation of representatives of international and regional human rights mechanisms, Governments, national human rights institutions and nongovernmental organizations in order to discuss ways and means to strengthen cooperation.
45 - وأقرت حلقة العمل أيضا بأهمية عقد اجتماعات كل سنتين بمشاركة ممثلين عن آليات حقوق الإنسان الدولية والإقليمية، والحكومات، ومؤسسات حقوق الإنسان الوطنية، والمنظمات غير الحكومية، بهدف مناقشة السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز التعاون فيما بينها.

Stresses the need for Member States further to discuss partnerships and consider, in appropriate intergovernmental consultations, ways and means to enhance cooperation between the United Nations and all relevant partners, inter alia, from the developing countries, to give them greater opportunities to contribute to the realization of the goals and programmes of the Organization;
1 - تشدد على ضرورة أن تواصل الدول الأعضاء بحث مسألة إقامة شراكات وأن تقوم، في سياق المشاورات الملائمة التي تجري على الصعيد الحكومي الدولي، بالنظر في السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز التعاون بين الأمم المتحدة وجميع الشركاء المعنيين، ومنهم الشركاء من البلدان النامية، بغية إتاحة المزيد من الفرص لهؤلاء الشركاء للإسهام في تحقيق أهداف المنظمة وتنفيذ برامجها؛

4.
