By its resolution 47/70 A, the Assembly, inter alia, deplored the continued refusal by Israel to allow the Special Committee access to the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and other Arab territories occupied by Israel since 1967, and demanded that Israel allow the Special Committee access to those territories.
وقد شجبت الجمعية، بين أمور أخرى، بقرارها ٤٧/٧٠ ألف، رفض إسرائيل المستمر السماح للجنة الخاصة بدخول اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، واﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧، وطالبت بأن تسمح إسرائيل للجنة الخاصة بدخول هذه اﻷراضي.

Reaffirms also the obligations of Israel, the occupying Power, under international law, not to exploit, cause loss and depletion of or endanger the natural resources in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and other Arab territories occupied by Israel since 1967, and requests that Israel abide by these obligations;
" ٢ - تؤكد من جديد أيضا ما يقع على إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، من التزامات بموجب القانون الدولي، بعدم استغلال الموارد الطبيعية في اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، واﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧، أو التسبب في فقد هذه الموارد أو نضوبها أو تعريضها للخطر، وتطلب إلى إسرائيل التقيد بهذه الالتزامات؛
