The Committee recommends that the State party ensure access to health and education for all refugee children in the country and that it take all appropriate measures to protect refugee children, in particular girls, from physical or mental violence, including sexual abuse, maltreatment, exploitation and neglect.

195. The Committee recommends that the State party give special attention to the difficulties faced by homeless girls, who are more vulnerable to health risks and social and economic deprivation, and that it take all necessary measures to provide them with adequate housing and social and health services.

By ratifying the Convention, Montenegro joined the ranks of countries committed to implementing the Convention through their national legislation and taking all necessary measures to prevent and punish enforced disappearances.

٩٥١ - وتوصي اللجنة الحكومة بأن تحترم بالكامل ما تنص عليه الاتفاقية من تعهدات والتزامات وباتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة في هذا الشأن.
