ويحدوني اﻷمل أن توفر النتائج التي ستسفر عنها هــذه الـدورة قاعـدة جديـدة ﻹصلاحات إدارية أكثر شمولا وعمقا وتناسقا بالنسبة لجميع البلدان الحاضرة هنا وبالنسبة لبلدي بكل تأكيد.

for my country, Spain, which lives in linguistic pluralism in its own society, the defence and strengthening of the principle of the use of different official languages in our work and deliberations takes on a particular importance.

وبالنسبة لبلدي فإنه يجدد التزامه بالمثل النبيلة لﻷمم المتحدة، وكما هو عهده دائما، سيبذل قصارى جهده من أجل المساعدة في بناء عالم من السلم والعدالة للجميع.

وبالنسبة لبلدي من الأساسي كفالة تعزيز عمل هذا الفريق في المستقبل، مع الأخذ في الحسبان الفرص المتاحة للحوار وتبادل الخبرات وأفضل الممارسات التي تمكننا من إيلاء الاعتبار الكامل للعوامل المختلفة التي تؤثر في بناء السلام في بلدان ما بعد انتهاء الصراع.

for my country, one of the most important difficulties is the armed rebellion in the north, which poses grave risks to its unity. This inherited situation is in large part caused by the drought in the Sahel, which is making living conditions precarious for its nomadic peoples, who already face a most hostile and arid environment. The situation is a cause of great concern to Niger.
وبالنسبة لبلدي إن احدى أكبر المصاعب التي تواجهه العصيان المسلح في الشمال وهو العصيان الذي يعرض الوحدة لمخاطر كبيرة، والسبب في هذه الحالة الموروثة يرجع الى حد كبير الى جفاف الساحل الذي أصبحت معه الظروف المعيشية للسكان الرحل، الذين يعانون فعلا من بيئة قاسية وقاحلة، محفوفة بالمخاطر، وهذه الحالة من أكبر شواغل النيجر.
