3- وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره 3/م أ-10، أن تعمل المؤسسات دون الإقليمية وبرامج العمل الإقليمية المذكورة في مرفق ذلك القرار ككيانات مبلّغة بشأن إعداد وتقديم التقارير المتعلقة بتنفيذ برامج العمل دون الإقليمية وبرامج العمل الإقليمية.

The Convention's provisions on national action programmes (NAPs), subregional action programmes (SRAPs) and regional action programmes (RAPs) are contained in articles 9, 10 and 11 of the Convention, and the following articles of its Regional Implementation Annexes: articles 8 to 13 of Annex I, articles 3 to 6 of Annex II, articles 3 to 5 of Annex III, articles 3 to 7, 8 and 10 of Annex IV, and articles 3 to 5 of Annex V.

46. The developmental and environmental objectives of the UNCCD will require a substantial flow of financial resources to African country Parties, in order to strengthen the capacity of institutions for the implementation of the UNCCD and to cover the costs of implementing the priority activities of NAPs, SRAPs and RAP.
