111. In its seventh report, the Human Rights Division gave an account of the establishment of a mechanism for consultations between the Government of El Salvador and ONUSAL for the proper implementation of recommendations by the Human Rights Division.
١١١ - قدمت شعبة حقوق اﻹنسان، في تقريرها السابع، عرضا لتكوين آلية للمشاورات بين حكومة السلفادور وبعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في السلفادور بغية تحقيق التنفيذ الفعال للتوصيات المقدمة من شعبة حقوق اﻹنسان.

4. An unencumbered balance of $15,712,958 results from the difference between resources provided and operating costs of ONUCA and ONUSAL.
٤ - ونتج عن الفارق بين الموارد المقدمة وتكاليف تشغيل فريق مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في أمريكا الوسطى وبعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في السلفادور رصيد غير مرتبط به إجماليه ٩٥٨ ٧١٢ ١٥ دولارا.

Total appropriations for the United Nations Observer Group in Central America (ONUCA) and ONUSAL amounted to $238.1 million gross.
٢ - بلغ مجموع الاعتمادات لفريق مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في أمريكا الوسطى وبعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في السلفادور مبلغا إجماليا قدره ٢٣٨,١ من ملايين الدولارات.

4. Calls upon all concerned to cooperate fully with the Secretary-General's Special Representative and ONUSAL in their task of verifying implementation by the parties of their commitments;
٤ - يدعو جميع المعنيين الى التعاون تعاونا كاملا مع الممثل الخاص لﻷمين العام وبعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في السلفادور في مهمتهم المتمثلة في التحقق من تنفيذ جميع اﻷطراف لالتزاماتها؛

4. Notes verbales informing the Governments of the Member States concerned of the net credits or balances due for ONUCA and ONUSAL will be issued shortly.
٤ - وستصدر قريبا مذكرات شفوية تبلغ حكومات الدول اﻷعضاء المعنية بصافي اﻷرصدة الدائنة أو المستحقة لفريق مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في أمريكا الوسطى وبعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في السلفادور.

6. As indicated in paragraph 16 and annex XI to document A/49/518/Add.1, as at 1 March 1995, total resources appropriated and authorized for the United Nations Observer Group in Central America (ONUCA) and ONUSAL amount to $237,665,500.

The cash-flow situation of peace-keeping operations remained very precarious, and the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC) had joined the United Nations Angola Verification Mission (UNAVEM) and the United Nations Observer Mission in El Salvador (ONUSAL) as operations having chronic cash-flow difficulties.

Since 1989, two important verification missions have been carried out successfully under the authority of the Security Council, namely, the United Nations Observer Group in Central America (ONUCA) (November 1989-January 1992) and the United Nations Observer Mission in El Salvador (ONUSAL) (since July 1991).
