Notes with concern the ongoing backlog of disciplinary cases and that many disciplinary cases have not been concluded within a reasonable time frame, and in this regard urges the Secretary-General to intensify his efforts to complete disciplinary cases in a timely manner and eliminate the remaining backlog of cases as soon as possible;
72 - تلاحظ مع القلق استمرار تراكم القضايا التأديبية وعدم الانتهاء من البت في العديد من القضايا التأديبية في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة، وتحث في هذا الصدد الأمين العام على تكثيف جهوده لإنجاز القضايا التأديبية في الوقت المناسب وتصفية الكم المتبقي من القضايا المتراكمة في أقرب وقت ممكن؛

24. Stresses that debt relief should contribute to development objectives, including poverty reduction, and in this regard urges countries to direct those resources freed through debt relief, in particular through debt cancellation and reduction, towards these objectives;

6- تؤكد على أهمية مكافحة الإفلات من العقاب، وتحث في هذا الصدد الدول على اتخاذ التدابير الملائمة للتصدي لمسألة الإفلات من العقاب في حالات التهديد والاعتداء وأعمال الترهيب التي تمارس ضد المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان؛

Notes with concern the status of liabilities and reimbursements to troop- and formed police-contributing countries for their troops, formed police units, contingent-owned equipment and self-sustainment, emphasizes the importance of the full settlement of those liabilities, and, in this regard, urges all Member States to pay their assessed contributions on time, in full and without conditions.
تلاحظ مع القلق حالة الالتزامات إزاء البلدان المساهمة بقوات وبشرطة مشكلة والمبالغ المردودة لها مقابل استخدام قواتها ووحدات شرطتها المشكلة ومعداتها المملوكة للوحدات والدعم اللوجستي الذاتي، وتؤكد على أهمية التسوية التامة لتلك الالتزامات، وتحث في هذا الصدد جميع الدول الأعضاء على دفع اشتراكاتها المقررة بالكامل في حينها وبدون شروط.

7. Emphasizes the importance of combating impunity for threats, attacks and acts of intimidation against human rights defenders and their relatives, and in this regard urges States to take appropriate measures consistent with obligations under international law, in particular international human rights law and international humanitarian law;
7- تؤكد على أهمية مكافحة الإفلات من العقاب في حالات التهديد والاعتداء وأعمال الترهيب التي تمارس ضد المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان، وتحث في هذا الصدد الدول على اتخاذ التدابير الملائمة بما يتمشى والتزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي، وبخاصة قانون حقوق الإنسان الدولي والقانون الإنساني الدولي؛
