Welcomes the efforts made by the Commission on Narcotic Drugs and the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to facilitate reporting by Governments on the implementation of the Global Programme of Action, and encourages them to pursue those efforts so as to increase the number of Governments that report on a regular basis;
٥ - ترحب بالجهود التي تبذلها لجنة المخدرات وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات لتيسير قيام الحكومات بتقديم التقارير عن تنفيذ برنامج العمل العالمي وتشجعهما على متابعة هذه الجهود، حتى يزداد عدد الحكومات التي تقدم التقارير بانتظام؛

5. Recognizes the huge burden shouldered by neighbouring countries, especially the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan, expresses its appreciation of the efforts made in those host countries to ease the plight of Afghan refugees, and encourages them to continue cooperating with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to that end;
15 - تدرك جسامة العبء الهائل الذي يقع على عاتق البلدان المجاورة وخاصة جمهورية إيران الإسلامية وباكستان، وتعرب عن تقديرها للجهود المبذولة في هذين البلدين المضيفين بغية التخفيف من محنة المشردين الأفغان وتشجعهما على مواصلة التعاون مع مكتب مفوض الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين تحقيقا لهذه الغاية؛

15.
