2. Urges the Secretary-General and the Royal Government of Cambodia to take all the measures necessary to allow the draft agreement referred to in paragraph 1 to enter into force, and to implement it fully after its entry into force;

2 - تحث الأمين العام وحكومة كمبوديا الملكية على اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لإتاحة بدء نفاذ مشروع الاتفاق المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 وتطبيقه بالكامل بعد بدء نفاذه؛

1. By its resolution 57/228 B, of 13 May 2003, the General Assembly approved the draft Agreement between the United Nations and the Royal Government of Cambodia concerning the Prosecution under Cambodian Law of Crimes Committed during the Period of Democratic Kampuchea and urged the Secretary-General and the Government of Cambodia to take all measures necessary to allow the agreement to enter into force and to implement it fully thereafter.
1 - وافقت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 57/228 باء المؤرخ 13 أيار/مايو 2003 على مشروع الاتفاق بين الأمم المتحدة وحكومة كمبوديا الملكية بشأن المقاضاة بموجب القانون الكمبودي على الجرائم المرتكبة خلال فترة نظام كمبوتشيا الديمقراطية، وحثت الأمين العام وحكومة كمبوديا الملكية على اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لإتاحة بدء نفاذ الاتفاق وتطبيقه بالكامل بعد بدء نفاذه.

He declared that the Expert Mechanism nevertheless had a duty to promote respect for and full application of the provisions of the Declaration. He further declared that this followed from article 42 of the Declaration, which establishes a duty for the United Nations, its bodies and agencies to promote the respect for and full application of the Declaration and follow up the effectiveness of the instrument.
وصرح بأن من واجب آلية الخبراء، مع ذلك، التشجيع على احترام أحكام الإعلان وتطبيقها بالكامل، وبأن هذا الأمر ناشئ عن أحكام المادة 42 من الإعلان، التي تحدِّد واجب الأمم المتحدة وهيئاتها ووكالاتها في تعزيز احترام الإعلان وتطبيقه بالكامل ومتابعة فعاليته.

90. Finally, the Expert Mechanism adopted a proposal addressing the responsibilities of United Nations specialized agencies in promoting respect for and full application of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
90- وأخيراً، اعتمدت آلية الخبراء اقتراحاً يتناول مسؤوليات الوكالات المتخصصة في الأمم المتحدة في تعزيز احترام إعلان الأمم المتحدة بشأن حقوق الشعوب الأصلية وتطبيقه بالكامل.
