23. Notes that the number of States parties to the Convention that have made the declaration provided for in article 14 of the Convention now stands at forty-nine, and requests the States parties that have not yet done so to consider making that declaration;
23 - تلاحظ أن عدد الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية التي أصدرت الإعلان المنصوص عليه في المادة 14 من الاتفاقية يبلغ الآن تسعا وأربعين دولة، وتطلب إلى الدول الأطراف التي لم تصدر بعد الإعلان أن تنظر في إصداره؛

Therefore, the Special Committee recommends, among other things, that the Assembly urge the administering Powers to take effective measures to safeguard and guarantee the inalienable right of peoples in Non-Self-Governing Territories to their natural resources, and requests the administering Powers to take all necessary steps to protect the property rights of the peoples of those Territories.

This article also recognizes the right of victims to compensation and requests States parties to adopt legislative and other measures to guarantee compensation for victims.
وتعترف هذه المادة أيضا بحق الضحايا في التعويض وتطلب إلى الدول الأطراف اتخاذ التدابير التشريعية وغيرها لضمان تعويض الضحايا.

19. In addition, article 28, paragraph 2, of the Convention refers to school discipline and requires States parties to " take all appropriate measures to ensure that school discipline is administered in a manner consistent with the child's human dignity and in conformity with the present Convention " .

7. Requests the Secretary-General to establish a special fund for the participation of the least developed countries in the work of the Preparatory Committee and in the diplomatic conference of plenipotentiaries, and calls upon States to contribute voluntarily to that special fund;

Azerbaijan intends to demonstrate a constructive approach in the context of this process of peaceful settlement of the conflict, which it believes is the only possible approach, and requests the Co-Chairmen to accelerate their efforts to bring about positive changes in the position of the party which is blocking the progress of the Minsk process.

The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women establishes women's " right to protection of health and to safety in working conditions, including the safeguarding of the function of reproduction " (art. 11.1(f)) and requires States to " provide special protection to women during pregnancy in types of work proved to be harmful to them " (art. 11.2 (d)).
وتقضي اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة " بحق المرأة في الوقاية الصحية وسلامة ظروف العمل، بما في ذلك حماية وظيفة الإنجاب " (المادة 11-1(و)) وتطلب إلى الدول " توفير حماية خاصة للمرأة أثناء فترة الحمل في الأعمال التي يثبت أنها مؤذية لها " (المادة 11-2(د)).
