46. Also accepts the level of resources recommended by the Advisory Committee, and requests the Secretary-General to provide adequate posts for activities dealing with micro-economic issues through redeployment;
٦٤ - تقبل أيضا مستوى الموارد الذي أوصت به اللجنة الاستشارية، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يوفر الوظائف الكافية لﻷنشطة المتعلقة بمسائل الاقتصاد الجزئي، وذلك من خلال نقل الوظائف؛

70. Expresses concern about the high costs of after-service health insurance, and requests the Secretary-General to seek ways and means to reduce the increases in these costs;
٧٠ - تعرب عن قلقها إزاء التكاليف العالية للتأمين الصحي بعد انتهاء الخدمة، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يبجث عن السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بتقليص الزيادات في هذه التكاليف؛

Notes with concern the fact that delays in completion of performance appraisal reports have an adverse effect on staff members being considered by the appointment and promotion bodies, and requests the Secretary-General to take steps to ensure that the managers preparing these reports are held accountable for any such delays;
٩ - تلاحظ مع القلق أن التأخر في إنجاز تقارير تقييم اﻷداء يترتب عليه آثار عكسية على الموظفين الذين تنظر هيئات التعيين والترقية في أوضاعهم، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ الخطوات الكفيلة بمساءلة المديرين المكلفين بإعداد هذه التقارير عن أي تأخير من هذا القبيل؛

9. 13. Decides also that the disposition of the assets of the Operation shall proceed on the basis of the following principles and policies, listed in order of priority, and requests the Secretary-General to proceed with the disposition accordingly:
١٣ - تقرر أيضا أن يتم التصرف في أصول العملية على أساس المبادئ والسياسات التالية المبينة حسب اﻷولوية، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يشرع في التصرف في أصول العملية على هذا اﻷساس:

The Special Committee stresses the need further to enhance, as necessary, cooperation between peace-keeping operations and other related United Nations activities and requests the Secretary-General to look into ways and means of ensuring cooperation with other agencies of the United Nations system.

13. Notes the progress made towards finalizing arrangements for a United Nations information component in Warsaw, and requests the Secretary-General to continue, within existing resources of the Department of Public Information, preparations with the Government of Poland to this end;
١٣ - تلاحظ التقدم المحرز نحو إنجاز الترتيبات المتعلقة بإيجاد عنصر إعلامي لﻷمم المتحدة في وارسو، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل، في حدود الموارد الحالية ﻹدارة شؤون اﻹعلام، اﻷعمال التحضيرية مع حكومة بولندا لهذا الغرض؛

13. Again recalls its resolution 48/226 C, and requests the Secretary-General to submit to it, no later than 1 September 1996, a detailed report on various aspects related to the provision of personnel by Member States on loan to the Department of Peace-keeping Operations;
٣١ - تشير مرة أخرى إلى قرارهــا ٤٨/٢٢٦ جيم، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إليها، في موعد لا يتجاوز ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦، تقريرا تفصيليا عن الجوانب المختلفة التي لها صلة بتقديم الدول اﻷعضاء ﻷفراد على سبيل اﻹعارة إلى إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام؛

4. Decides to consider the structure and source of funding for the Focal Point for Women in the context of its consideration of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1998-1999, and requests the Secretary-General to make proposals in this regard with a view to ensuring the provision of an adequate level of resources commensurate with the mandate;
٤ - تقرر أن تنظر في هيكل مركز تنسيق شؤون المرأة وفي مصدر تمويله في سياق نظرها في الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٨-١٩٩٩، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم اقتراحات في هذا الصدد لكفالة توفير مستوى كاف من الموارد تتناسب مع ولايته؛

23. Also regrets that the United Nations Postal Administration and the services to visitors incurred net losses during the biennium 1994-1995, and requests the Secretary-General to take all necessary measures to redress the situation and to report thereon to the General Assembly;
٢٣ - تأسف أيضا لما تكبدته إدارة بريد اﻷمم المتحدة والخدمات المقدمة الى الزوار من خسائر صافية خلال فترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لتدارك تلك الحالة، وأن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة تقريرا عن ذلك؛

4. Decides to consider, in the context of its consideration of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1998-1999, the structure and source of funding for the Focal Point for Women, and requests the Secretary-General to make proposals in this regard with a view to ensuring the provision of an adequate level of resources commensurate with its mandate;
٤ - تقرر أن تنظر في هيكل مركز تنسيق شؤون المرأة وفي مصدر تمويله في سياق نظرها في الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٨-١٩٩٩، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم اقتراحات في هذا الصدد لكفالة توفير مستوى كاف من الموارد يتناسب مع ولايته؛

“Invites all Member States to communicate to the Secretary-General information on the measures they have adopted to promote the objectives envisaged in the present resolution, and requests the Secretary-General to submit a report containing this information to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session”.

Invites Member States to submit their views on the question of the implementation of the Declaration on the Strengthening of International Security, particularly in the light of recent positive developments in the global political and security climate, and requests the Secretary-General to submit a report to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session on the basis of the replies received;
١٣ - تدعو الدول اﻷعضاء الى تقديم آرائها بشأن مسألة تنفيذ اﻹعلان الخاص بتعزيز اﻷمن الدولي، وخاصة في ضوء التطورات اﻹيجابية اﻷخيرة في المناخ السياسي واﻷمني العالمي، وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين تقريرا على أساس اﻹجابات الواردة؛

The Committee recommends that the priority should be given to the placement of supernumeraries to fill vacant posts and/or to benefit from training facilities and requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly through the Advisory Committee on ways and means of solving the problem of supernumeraries.
١٦ - وتوصي اللجنة بإيلاء أولوية لتنسيب اﻷعداد الزائدة عن المطلوب لملء الوظائف الشاغرة/أو للاستفادة من المرافق التدريبية وتطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة تقريرا عن طريق اللجنة الاستشارية عن سبل ووسائل حل مشكلة اﻷعداد الزائدة.
