13- يتبين من وثيقة البرنامج والميزانية (ICCD/COP(10)/7) أن الأمانة تقدر احتياجاتها من الموارد بما مجموعه 22.4 مليون يورو لتنفيذ الأنشطة الواردة في برنامج عملها لفترة السنتين.

(a) Estimates for inflation on the proposed budget for the ensuing biennium are based on price increases that have already occurred and are very likely to occur on individual objects of expenditure during the current budget period based on information and data available at the time the programme and budget document is elaborated.
(أ) تستند التقديرات الخاصة بالتضخم عند وضع الميزانية المقترحة لفترة السنتين التالية إلى الزيادات في الأسعار التي حدثت أو يرجح كثيرا أن تحدث في فرادى أوجه الإنفاق في أثناء فترة الميزانية الحالية، على أساس المعلومات والبيانات المتاحة في وقت إعداد وثيقة البرنامج والميزانية.

4. The Advisory Committee was informed that the Committee on Budget, Finance and Administration of the World Trade Organization which considered and took note of the International Trade Centre outline on 16 June 1999 had expressed the view that the programme and budget document to be presented to both parent organizations in the autumn of 1999 should reflect both an administrative section and a functional or programmatic section.
4 - وقد أحيطت اللجنة الاستشارية علما بأن لجنة الميزانية والتمويل والإدارة التابعة لمنظمة التجارة العالمية التي نظرت في مخطط الميزانية البرنامجية للمركز وأحاطت بـه علما في 16 حزيران/يونيه 1999، ترى أن وثيقة البرنامج والميزانية التي ستقدم إلى كـلا المنظمتين الأم فـي خريـف عـام 1999 ينبغي أن تتضمن بابـا إداريا وبابـا تشغيليا أو برنامجيا.

7. Decides to introduce the euro as the accounting currency from 2010 - 2011 and, consistent with decision 23/COP.7, confirms that from the biennium 2010 - 2011 notifications should be in euros, and requests the Executive Secretary to report on all necessary changes and associated costs in the programme and budget document for the ninth session of the COP (COP 9);
7- يقرر اعتماد اليورو عملة للمحاسبة ابتداءً من فترة السنتين 2010-2011، وانسجاماًً مع المقرر 23/م أ-7 يؤكد على أن تكون الاشعارات باليورو انطلاقاً من فترة السنتين 2010-2011، ويطلب إلى الأمين التنفيذي الإبلاغ عن كل التغييرات الضرورية والتكاليف المتصلة بها في وثيقة البرنامج والميزانية لمؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة؛

7.
