3 - ترحب بالدعوة التي وجهها حاكم ساموا الأمريكية إلى اللجنة الخاصة، وكررها مؤخرا في الحلقة الدراسية الإقليمية لمنطقة البحر الكاريبي التي عقدت في كانوان، سانت فنسنت وجزر غرينادين، في الفترة من 17 إلى 19 أيار/مايو 2005، لكي توفد بعثة زائرة إلى الإقليم، وتهيب بالدولة القائمة بالإدارة أن تيسر عمل هذه البعثة، وتطلب إلى رئيس اللجنة الخاصة اتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لتحقيق هذا الهدف؛
