It sets penalties for various types of offenses related to trafficking. The stiffest sanctions (life imprisonment and a fine of up to PhP5 million) are reserved for any person found guilty if the trafficked person was a child, or the person trafficked died or incurred HIV-AIDS, or the offender was related to the victim or a member of the law enforcement units of the government.
(ج) يفرض القانون عقوبات على مختلف أنواع الجرائم المتعلقة بالاتجار وأشد عقوبة وهي " السجن مدى الحياة أو الغرامة حتى 5 ملايين بيزو فلبيني، تحجز لأي شخص تثبت إدانته إذا كان الاتجار بالشخص يتم ضد طفل، أو أن ا لشخص الذي يتم الاتجار به قد مات أو أصيب بفيروس نقص المناعة البشري/الإيدز، أو أن الجاني من أقرباء الضحية أو عضو في وحدات إنفاذ القانون التابعة للحكومة.
