المادة 126- لمحكمة التمييز وحدها دون غيرها الحق في البت في أي مسألة تتعلق بانتهاك مزعوم لحق أساسي أو حق يتعلق باللغة، سواء بإجراء تنفيذي أو إداري، وهي مخولة رفع الظلم وإصدار التوجيهات على النحو الذي ترى أنه يحقق العدل والإنصاف.
