99. Independency and impartiality of the judiciary remains an outstanding issue in Myanmar.
99- ولا تزال مسألة استقلالية وحياد الجهاز القضائي عالقة في ميانمار.

Particular attention should be paid to considering deprivation of liberty only as a measure of last resort and for the shortest possible period of time, to the protection of the rights of children deprived of their liberty, to due process of law and to the full independence and impartiality of the judiciary.
وينبغي إيلاء اهتمام خاص للنظر في الحرمان من الحرية بوصفه إجراء يتخذ كملاذ أخير وﻷقصر مدة زمنية ممكنة، ولحماية حقوق اﻷطفال المحرومين من حريتهم، ولتطبيق القوانين على النحو الواجب وتحقيق استقلال وحياد الجهاز القضائي على نحو تام.

9. Urges the Government of Myanmar to ensure the independence and impartiality of the judiciary and to guarantee due process of law, and to fulfil earlier assurances made to the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Myanmar to begin a dialogue on judicial reform;
9 - تحث حكومة ميانمار على كفالة استقلال وحياد الجهاز القضائي وعلى ضمان مراعاة الإجراءات القانونية الواجبة، والوفاء بالتأكيدات التي قطعتها للمقرر الخاص المعني بحالة حقوق الإنسان في ميانمار بشأن بدء حوار حول الإصلاح القضائي؛

35. In 2007, the Independent Expert on minority issues urged Ethiopia to respect the independence of judges and lawyers and the impartiality of the judiciary.
35- في عام 2007، حثّت الخبيرة المستقلة المعنية بقضايا الأقليات إثيوبيا على احترام استقلال القضاة والمحامين وحياد الجهاز القضائي(79).

9. Urges the Government of Myanmar to ensure the independence and impartiality of the judiciary and to guarantee due process of law, and to fulfil earlier assurances made to the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Myanmar to begin a dialogue on judicial reform;
