4. From 30 April to 2 May 2002, a meeting on cooperation between the United Nations and regional organizations was convened at United Nations Headquarters, in follow-up to the fourth high-level meeting between the Secretary-General and heads of regional organizations held in 2001.
4 - وفي الفترة من 30 نيسان/أبريل إلى 2 أيار/مايو 2002، عُقد اجتماع في مقر الأمم المتحدة بشأن التعاون بين الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية، وذلك في مقر الأمم المتحدة، كمتابعة للاجتماع الرفيع المستوى الرابع بين الأمين العام ورؤساء المنظمات الإقليمية.

7. The OIC participated in a working-level meeting, held in New York from 30 April to 2 May 2002, in follow-up to the fourth high-level meeting between the Secretary-General and heads of regional organizations.
7 - وشاركت منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي في اجتماع عمل عُقد في نيويورك في الفترة من 30 نيسان/أبريل إلى 2 أيار/مايو 2002 لمتابعة أعمال الاجتماع الرابع الرفيع المستوى الذي عُقد بين الأمين العام ورؤساء المنظمات الإقليمية.

" The Council further recalls, in this context, its resolution 1888 (2009), in which it urged the SecretaryGeneral, Member States and the heads of regional organizations to take measures to increase the representation of women in mediation processes and decisionmaking processes with regard to conflict resolution and peacebuilding.

4. Further welcomes the steps taken by the Secretary-General for the sixth high-level meeting between the United Nations and heads of regional organizations, to be convened in mid2005, and recognizes the tasks before the United Nations departments and organizations in leading the process of implementing the recommendations of the last meeting and in formulating practical follow-up plans for discussion during the next meeting;
4 - ترحب كذلك بالخطوات التي اتخذها الأمين العام بشأن الاجتماع السادس الرفيع المستوى بين الأمم المتحدة ورؤساء المنظمات الإقليمية الذي سيعقد في منتصف عام 2005، وتعترف بالمهام التي ينبغي لإدارات ومنظمات الأمم المتحدة أن تضطلع بها في قيادة عملية تنفيذ توصيات الاجتماع الأخير وفي وضع خطط متابعة عملية لمناقشتها في الاجتماع المقبل؛

It reiterates its call to the SecretaryGeneral and the heads of regional and subregional organizations to take the appropriate measures to that end.
ويكرر دعوته الأمين العام ورؤساء المنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية إلى اتخاذ التدابير الملائمة تحقيقا لتلك الغاية.
