In operative paragraph 5 of revised draft resolution E/CN.7/2007/L.13/Rev.1, the Commission on Narcotic Drugs would invite Member States with experience in investigating drug-related Internet-based crime to provide the necessary equipment, training and assistance to other Member States, upon request, in cooperation with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, where appropriate and subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources.

Also requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources and in cooperation with the African Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders, to assist African States, upon request, in their efforts to apply the Lilongwe Declaration on Accessing Legal Aid in the Criminal Justice System in Africa;
