I will not repeat them again but will simply say that we fully share the views expressed in the statement by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Cuba regarding the fact that the Conference's problems are not procedural but are the result of a lack of political will among States.
ولن أكرر ما قلناه ثانيةً ولكنني أكتفي بالقول إننا نشاطر تماماً الآراء التي أعرب عنها في بيانه نائب وزير الشؤون الخارجية في كوبا والتي مفادها أن مشاكل المؤتمر ليست إجرائية وإنما هي نتيجة غياب الإرادة السياسية لدى الدول.
