In line with this requirement, several organizational changes across the Registry and the Common Services Division, as outlined in the following paragraphs, have been effected.
وتمشيا مع هذا المطلب، أجريت عدة تغييرات تنظيمية عبر قلم المحكمة وشعبة الخدمات المشتركة وفق المشروح في الفقرات التالية

Such requirements are included under the Registry and the Common Services Division (see tables 8 and 10).

(c) The Registrar and the Common Services Division should be requested to prepare, before the end of 2003, all administrative procedures necessary for the establishment of the Secretariat (procurement, technical and electronic installations, personnel services, etc.), so that these procedures can take effect immediately at the beginning of 2004.
(ج) ينبغي أن يطلب من المسجل وشعبة الخدمات المشتركة القيام، قبل نهاية 2003، بإعداد كل الإجراءات الإدارية اللازمة لتأسيس الأمانة (المشتريات، التركيبات التقنية والإلكترونية، خدمات شؤون الموظفين الخ) حتى يمكن لهذه الإجراءات أن تسري فورا مع بداية سنة 2004.
