As Dragan Nikolić is also charged with the murder of Mevludin Hatunić and Ismet Dedić, the relevant acts are described under Section II.A.1, Murder.

3. Petko Simic, Novica Kazic, Spasa Nikolic, Jovan Bigovic, Marica Strbac, Mladen Cerovic, Azem Isaku, Ismet Hamza, Xhavit Berisha, Predrag and Vojislav Dedic, Cvetko Soric and Jovan Jeftic were abducted and released after being harassed.

16. In addition to the four victims mentioned above, the indictment alleges that Mevludin Hatunić, Ismet Dedić and Fikret " Čiče " Arnaut were victims of inhumane acts (counts 3.6, 8.6, 11.3).
