The Committee requests that the State party include in its next periodic report specific information on action plans and other measures taken to implement the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action at the national level.
وتطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف أن تدرج في تقريرها الدوري المقبل معلومات محددة عن خطط العمل وغيرها من التدابير المعتمدة لتنفيذ إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان على المستوى الوطني.

The Committee requests that the State party, in its next periodic report, provide concrete information on plans of action and other steps taken to give effect to the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action at the national level.
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضاً بتضمين تقريرها الدوري المقبل معلومات ملموسة عن خطط العمل وغيرها من التدابير المعتمدة لتطبيق إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان على المستوى الوطني.

While noting the legislative and other measures adopted to eradicate practices that are harmful to the health and dignity of women, the Committee is concerned that some practices, in particular female genital mutilation, degrading treatment of widows and the Trokosi system, still occur, and wishes to be further informed of their ethnic dimensions.
114- وبرغم أن اللجنة تلاحظ التدابير التشريعية وغيرها من التدابير المعتمدة للقضاء على الممارسات الضارة بصحة المرأة وكرامتها، فإنها قلقة لأن بعض الممارسات، وخاصة ختان الإناث، والمعاملة المهينة للأرامل، ونظام تروكوسي، ما زالت تحدث، وتود أن تتلقى المزيد من المعلومات عن الأبعاد الإثنية لهذه الممارسات.
